Here's one of my first (real) attempts at podcasting here on my site.  The idea is to have a series of interviews/conversations with leaders around technology and learning. For this first episode, I wanted to address a current trend we've been seeing in attendance at our professional development offerings.  We've been reviewing our current models of PD and are looking to shift to more integrated approaches.  I've several thoughts about this.
